Meet the Team
Liliana P. O’Shea, Esq.
Founder | Attorney
Liliana knew from an early age that she wanted to be an advocate for others. Being a Spanish-speaking immigrant and working hard to obtain her law degree in English, Liliana understands more than most how challenging it can be to protect the rights of underserved communities. Despite the challenges, she knew that pursuing a career in law was the right path for her, as it would allow her to advocate for those who need it most. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado and immediately after obtained her law degree from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois in 2011.
In her extensive career, Liliana has been an advocate for corporations, in both transactional and litigation matters, as well as injured workers, personal injury victims, and patients suffering from asbestos-related diseases such as mesothelioma, asbestosis, and lung cancer, in their fight for financial recovery. For a lot of clients, this is the only chance they will have to provide for their families and/or pay for their medical care. Liliana’s clients appreciate her asking key questions from the get-go in order to create optimal strategies for each case, and address each client’s needs.
Liliana is originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, and is a native-Spanish speaker. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband and young daughters, and exploring what the great city of Chicago has to offer.
